Inauguration Day 2017

Today is a big day for the United States of America, as we welcome Donald J. Trump as the 45th President!

I am excited and curious to see what he has in store for our country and how he goes about making the changes he has mentioned. I believe that along with God’s help, he will bring the change needed to this country.

I know that there are people that are happy with this and that there are people that are upset, but we all need to stand with our new president and pray that he will make the right decisions for the better of this country.

Pray for him, whether you like him or not. Pray that God will guide him in making the right decisions.

“Donald Trump is officially the 45th President of the United States. Some are celebrating today and others are grieving. If you like him, pray for him. If you dislike him, pray for him. He is now the Commander and Chief of the most powerful nation in the world. Rioting in the streets and hoping he fails is like hoping the captain of the ship we’re all on sinks the boat. If he fails, we all lose too. A political party can’t bring us together. Only God can do that. Let’s pray God leads our new president in his decision making and policies. God is not done with America yet. Pray.”

-Clayton Jennings

Pray for all of those men and women in governmental positions. They need our prayers.

” And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people.” Ephesians 6:18 NKJV

“Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.” Philippians 4:6 NKJV

“Let everyone be subject to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except that which God has established. The authorities that exist have been established by God.” Romans 13:1 NKJV
